Trading Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions:
A contract of sale between Pave and Customer is formed upon Pave's approval of Customer's Application. The contract is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein, which are subject to change without notice. Current terms and conditions are available at pavefmcg.com/trading-terms.
2. Privacy and Data Protection:
Customer information will be collected and stored in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and used exclusively for business purposes.
3. Orders:
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance at Pave's discretion. Pave reserves the right to amend or cancel orders where supply is discontinued, delayed, or otherwise unavailable for any reason. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch of any such changes or cancellation of purchase orders. A minimum order value of $500 applies to all purchases.
3.1. Product Recall:
If Pave initiates a recall of goods at their discretion, customers will be advised of all necessary steps and procedures. No action will be taken unless advised by Pave.
4. Delivery:
Pave shall deliver goods in accordance with the agreed delivery terms, including through third-party logistics providers where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates only and shall not constitute binding commitments. Additional charges may apply for rural deliveries or special delivery requirements to cover handling and freight costs. Customers shall be notified of any such additional charges prior to dispatch.
5. Risk and Title:
5.1. Risk:
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of transfers to Customer upon delivery. Customers shall maintain insurance coverage for the Products at their full insurable value. Pave assumes no liability for the Products following delivery.
5.2. Title:
Legal and beneficial ownership of products supplied by Pave shall not pass to the customer until payment for goods has been received in full.
6. Returns and Claims:
All credit requests or claims for damaged, short, or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of delivery. Deliveries supported by an endorsed proof of delivery (POD) will be deemed sufficient evidence for assessment and rejection of the claim. Pave will not accept or process any returns that have not been authorised in advance.
7. Pricing and Variations.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers and discounts are valid only within specified periods and conditions.
8. Payment Terms:
All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms from the invoice date, unless otherwise approved in writing by Pave’s Finance Department. Accounts that fall outside these terms may be placed on hold or, at Pave’s discretion, have supply terminated.
